We are looking for vendors!
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Hillsboro area youth football community.
We hope you can join us at this year's Jamboree!
This is our fourth year hosting the event, in collaboration with other youth football organizations in our community. We are expecting 1000+ in attendance. There will be multiple football games occurring throughout the day. Families will have the opportunity to visit vendors before, between and after their team games. Vendors will be setup close to the football games and main walking areas. Vendors can choose either a 10'x10' single space or a 10'x20' double space. You will need to provide your own tent and/or setup equipment. In addition to exposure at the event itself, we will include you in all marketing materials.
All Hillsboro area youth football associations are non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting positive environments through competitive football by fostering character, community, athleticism, teamwork and sportsmanship! Our mission is to build courage and respect through our sports program, never leaving any child behind. Winners are born through desire, participation and creativity. We want to instill in every child the desire to dig deep for their goals, with love and respect of family, team and society at large.
Each program supports 5 to 7 tackle teams with approximately 150 athletes, as well as flag football and cheer participants. To help keep our kids safe from injuries, there is a never-ending need to maintain and improve the quality of our equipment. In addition, every year there are kids unable to participate due to economic reasons. With your help, we can raise funds for better equipment and reduce fees to make football more affordable to everyone. 100% of your vendor fee goes to the athletes development in these programs.
Cost:
10' x 10' Single Booth - $100
10' x 20' Double Booth - $150
Setup Times / Schedule
6:00am - Vendor Setup
8:00am - Gates Open to Teams
9:00am - First Games Start
3:00pm - Last Games End
Please check-in at the Info Booth, located at the entrance, to get your Vendor Map and find our your booth location. You must provide your own setup equipment.
Food Vendor Requirements:
Mobile Unit License OR submit Form "Temporary Restaurant License Application" to WA County
Food Handler's Certificate
Liability Insurance
* Please email copies to jamboree@hilhiyouthfootball.com by August 14th. Also, make sure you have them available to show the Washington County Health Department at the event.
You will receive a vendor confirmation email upon registration. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
